Adopting a healthy lifestyle 'helps cancer sufferers after diagnosis'

Researchers at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge have found that almost four in ten patients with aggressive prostate cancer did not need planned surgery or radiotherapy after making simple lifestyle changes.
