Cycling for Mike, 3 September 2009 PDF Print E-mail
Dawn Lawrence will be cycling 2,000 miles across Africa to raise money for us in memory of Mike Hibbs

Mike was known throughout the Peak District for his tireless passion for the local community, and sadly lost his battle with prostate cancer in February 2009.

Dawn is undertaking this huge task in order to not only remember Mike but also to raise much needed funds for PCRF, and is aiming to cycle 100 miles each day.  Her route will take her from Victoria Falls through Botswana by way of the Okavango Delta and the Kalahari Desert and ending at the Cape of Good Hope.

Please show your support for this incredible journey and sponsor Dawn via her justgiving pages
